No sooner than his graduation from Sohag University in 1993, he worked in subtitling foreign movies. He joined Misr Insurance Company for a short period, then moved to work for Sakhr Software Company in 1996 to develop the first-ever Arabic Text-To-Speech and Speech Recognition systems. In 2007, he shifted to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he worked as a technical translator for al fanar Construction Company. In 2013, he joined the Parsons, the American Consultant, as Senior Technical Translator, then relocated to Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Company, and finally recruited by the Faithful + Gold, the British consultancy company. He has translated many books with the Jarir Bookstore and the Saudi Kaizen Group; he is working for several media companies in translating management and technology magazines, as well as editing articles, press releases and marketing materials such as “Haykal Media”, “Brunswick Group” in Dubai, and Dunia Media in Jeddah. Currently, he is planning to launch a translation and content writing agency in Cairo.
